One job: get old equipment out of New Jersey buildings.
We are an energy-efficiency retrofit company. We replace aging HVAC in commercial and multifamily buildings and we run the utility incentive process that pays for most of it.

What kind of company is this, exactly?
An efficiency retrofit and incentive company. We identify buildings running inefficient equipment, model the saving, secure the utility incentive, and manage the replacement through licensed installing contractors.
That is a narrower business than a mechanical contractor, deliberately. We are not trying to be your service provider. We are trying to solve one specific problem: the capital cost of getting outdated equipment out of a building that has been putting the decision off.
Typical incentives run 50–80% of total project cost, with most projects landing at up to 70%. The final number depends on your utility tier and the building's energy usage.
Who do you work with?
Facility managers, Property managers, Building owners, General contractors — the people responsible for what a building costs to run and for the capital plan that fixes it.
Deal sizes vary widely by equipment. Heat pumps and mini-splits are individually small jobs that add up across a building; central plant is the opposite — a single boiler, chiller or rooftop unit runs from around $30,000 into the hundreds of thousands. Either way these are capital decisions with a business case, not call-outs.
Why do you not do service and repairs?
Because they are a different business with different economics, and doing both badly would serve nobody. Installation on our projects is carried out by licensed contractors we work with.
It also keeps the incentive work honest. A company that profits from maintaining old equipment has a quiet reason to keep it running. We only make money when inefficient equipment leaves the building.

A survey and an energy model tell you the real number. That is a phone call, not a commitment.
