Call or text. That is the whole process.
There is no form to fill in and no quote configurator. A five-minute conversation tells us whether your building has a project in it, and tells you whether we are worth your time.
Worth having to hand
None of it is required, but it turns a first call into a real answer.
- 01Roughly how many units, and what type — rooftop, boiler, chiller, PTAC
- 02Approximate age of the existing equipment
- 03Which utilities bill the building — electric and gas are usually different companies
- 04Square footage, or number of apartments or rooms
- 05Whether you own the building or manage it
What we will need to check if you qualify
- 12 months of electric bills
- 12 months of gas bills
- Access to walk the building
- The utility account details
A full year of both fuels, because usage is seasonal and heating and cooling are usually metered by two different utilities. You do not need them to make the first call — but nothing can be modeled without them.
Right call if you are
- Facility managers
- Property managers
- Building owners
- General contractors
- Responsible for an existing commercial or multifamily building in New Jersey
Wrong call if you need
- Repairs or service calls
- Maintenance contracts
- Emergency or after-hours dispatch
- Single-family residential work
- New construction
